On March 7, Poca Madre's cooking class series continues with an afternoon exploring ceviche. Enjoy a welcome cocktail as chef Faiz Ally shares his techniques for cooking and preparing Peruvian-style ceviches with a Mexican twist, Mexican aguachiles, escabeches, shrimp coctel, ceviche mixtos and ceviche tostadas.
